All payments in advance. All sites have full hook up included. Rates are based on 2 people per RV - $2 per day each additional person

3 Month Stay      $1,200 paid at start of 3 month stay

6 Month Stay      $2,400.00 paid at start of 6 month stay

Year round occupancy $4,600.00 paid at start of stay annually

PARK MODELS

12 Month Stay            $ 5,000.00   Paid annually (or $450 monthly)

Rates subject to change

All rents paid by due date.

There will be a late fee after due date of $5.00 dollar per day.
